Self-employed entrepreneur
You offer your services as a self-employed entrepreneur and therfore you operate exclusively on your own account.
You have no legal relationship regarding the Augsburger Colosseum GmbH.
Agreements about the manner of the services as well as the amount of the remuneration, take place exclusively between you and the respective guest and do not establish a contractual relation and no business relation with the Augsburger Colosseum GmbH.
You need the following documents to work as a self-employed entrepreneur:

Certificate of health consultation from the health department (Gesundheitsamt) (§ 10 ProstSchG).

Registration certificate (Anmeldebescheinigung) / alias certificate (Aliasbescheinigung) ( §3 ProstSchG)

We point out that you have to meet the legal requirements and comply. Our house rules has to be respected.
